2. Description of Service

RAW.market is a platform where users can create challenges with cryptocurrency rewards and submit video/photo proofs of completing those challenges. The platform operates on the Solana blockchain for payments and rewards.

3. User Accounts

To use RAW.market, you must:

• Connect a valid Solana wallet
• Choose a unique username (cannot be changed once set)
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

4. Challenge Guidelines

When creating or participating in challenges, you agree NOT to:

• Create challenges that involve illegal activities
• Post content that is harmful, abusive, or harassing
• Submit fake or manipulated proofs
• Create challenges that endanger health or safety
• Violate any third party's rights including privacy and intellectual property
• Use the platform for money laundering or fraud

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant RAW.market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.

6. Payments and Rewards

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDC or SOL) on the Solana blockchain:

• Challenge creators must deposit the full reward amount upfront
• Rewards are distributed to winners at the discretion of challenge creators or admin
• Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
• RAW.market is not responsible for lost funds due to user error
• We do not provide refunds for challenge deposits

7. Moderation

All submissions are reviewed before being published. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

RAW.market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from challenge participation. Users participate at their own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAW.market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
